Chef's Table

Run by a Michelin-starred chef, this place gives him room to cook experimental dishes without the weight of a full restaurant service behind him. It comes out as a testing ground for small, low-key gatherings rather than a restaurant in the usual sense.

There's no set menu either. It changes every week, and the guests don't know what's coming until it's on the table. It's less a restaurant than a playground for him, somewhere new ideas can get tried out on a handful of people before they go anywhere bigger.
