This page explains what happens to personal data on danieladiaconu.com. It is short because the site collects very little: there is one contact form, and nothing else on the site gathers information about you.

What is collected
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, and your message. Nothing else on this site collects personal data.
The purpose is to reply to you. The legal basis is your request to be contacted, and Daniela's legitimate interest in answering enquiries about her work. Providing the data is voluntary, but without it she cannot reply.
Who else sees it
The form is delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party service that forwards submissions by email. Your name, email address and message pass through FormSubmit's servers, which are outside the European Union, on their way to Daniela's inbox. The message then sits in that email account. No other party receives it, and nothing is sold, shared, or used for advertising.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. It runs no advertising and no tracking. Your browser stores one small technical value while you are on the site, used only so the "Exit" control on a project page knows where to send you back to. It is deleted when you close the tab and it does not identify you.
Analytics
At the time of writing, this site runs no analytics of any kind. If that changes, this page will be updated before any measurement is added.
How long it is kept
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they are useful for the conversation and any work that follows. If you would rather your message were deleted, say so and it will be.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to it being used, or ask for it to be sent to you in a portable form. Write to the address above and you will get an answer.
If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP, at dataprotection.ro.
