Restaurant Atrium

The main challenge here was bringing warmth and personality into a space inside a contemporary office building, where clean lines and a formal business feel dominate. We wanted the restaurant to feel elegant but approachable, working just as well for a business lunch as for a relaxed dinner.

The double-height ceiling turned out to be one of the best things about the space. It gave us room to design a custom suspended light installation that plays up the verticality and has become the room's most recognizable feature.
